FIREBALL ALMOND SAUCE

As part of our new dreamy and creamy category, we decided to make a few fun, incredibly crave able sauces/dressings to use all year round! This one is no exception. We've added a fresh red bell pepper to this to give it a little color and hint of sweetness, but get culinary with it! Have a smoker or a grill? Add in a red bell pepper and use it for this dressing. Either way...its amazing!

What's so fun about the dreamy and creamy line up is the versatility of each of the bases. This can quite simply be swapped out for soom tahini or Joi organic cashew for a slightly different flavor profile. 

Can I take this one step further? I hope you're saying yes as you're reading this, because here it comes! Use this recipe if you're more in a mystic maca, cosmic curry or even mushroom brainiac kind of mood.  

One thing to note...if you feel it looks a little thin when you first blend it...chill out! Literally! Put it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 2-4 hours and it will thicken perfectly.

Don't have 4 hours and in a pinch? Pop it in the freezer and give it a stir every 15 minutes. It should be ready within the hour.
