MORINGA VERDE SALSA
Fireball Rocoto Salsa on the left...miracle moringa verde on the right!
Possibilities are endless!
Yellow Onion, chopped, 1 cup
Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.
Tomatillos, 4 each
Jalapeno, 1/2, if you like it a little extra spicy
Poblano Pepper, 1 each
Green Bell Pepper, 1 each, seeded
Lime Juice, fresh, 2 Tbsp.
Cilantro Leaves and stems, loosely packed, 1 cup
Sparkle Salt, 1/2 tsp.
Miracle Moringa, 1 Tbsp.
Hot Water, 1/2 cup
Preheat oven to 500F.
Place onion, tomatillos, jalapeno, poblano, green pepper on small pan and roast for 10-15 minutes until poblano is blistered, flipping veggies halfway through.
Remove pan from oven and cover poblano pepper with foil for 5 minutes.
Remove the seeds and skin of poblano pepper.
Place everything in a blender.
Blend on low if veggies are still steaming...nobody likes to get blasted with steaming sauce exploding from a blender:)
